Choose Three gives you three full-week workshops in three different daily periods. All Access gives you one workshop in each of the five daily periods plus t-shirt, poster, and scheduling support. Conservatory of Flamenco Arts (CFA) Student Pricing
Active Conservatory of Flamenco Arts (CFA) students receive a named CFA price on eligible products. CFA pricing is applied after the published phase price. CFA eligibility verification is required before purchase and will not be applied retroactively.

CFA pricing does not apply to:

Available for registered groups of 3 or more students. Group benefits are calculated after the applicable General or NM price. Festival Office approval is required before purchase — group benefits are not applied retroactively and do not apply on top of CFA pricing.

Teacher & Director Credits
Teachers and directors who bring registered groups of students earn stored Festival credits based on net paid student purchases. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not exchangeable. Credits are earned after full payment and group verification.

Credits are separate from group discounts. Teacher/director credits are earned from net paid student purchases and are tracked separately from any group discount applied to student pricing.

Credits are stored — not instant. Credits are calculated and issued to teachers/directors after full group verification and payment. A paid group roster and approval from the Festival office are required.

Credits can be split across purchases. Traveling teacher/director credits may be applied across multiple eligible purchases. NM teacher/director credits are applied to a single purchase.

Credits are not transferable. Teacher/director credits are issued to the individual teacher or director and may not be transferred to students or other individuals.
Teacher/director credits are stored Festival credits with no cash value. Credits are tracked by the Festival Office. Contact the Festival Office to register your group and begin tracking credit eligibility.

Discount & Credit Hierarchy
Discounts and credits follow a specific order. Only one participant-level benefit applies per product. Here is how to determine what credits you will receive.
How to apply discounts and credits — in order

Choose the applicable price first. Identify whether you qualify for General, New Mexico Resident, or CFA pricing for that specific product.

If an approved group benefit applies, it will be calculated after the General or NM price. Group benefits do not apply on top of CFA pricing.

Only one participant-level benefit per product. A CFA student in a group uses either the CFA price or the group price — whichever is lower — not both.

Teacher/director credit is separate. It is earned from net paid student purchases and applied separately. It does not affect the student's price.

Program awards are additive only when written award terms say so. Puentes, Certamen, and Professional Initiative awards require an award letter or policy note to be applied.

How to Register Your Group
All group discounts, CFA pricing, NM resident pricing, and teacher/director credits must be verified and approved before completing your purchase. Nothing is applied retroactively. Contact us first — we'll walk you through the process.

Contact the Festival Office before purchasing. Call or email us to register your group and verify eligibility for any applicable discount or credit program.

Provide your group information. We'll need your school or organization name, teacher/director name and contact information, city, state, and country, estimated number of students, and whether you are interested in workshops, ticket packages, or both.

Receive your verified pricing. Once your group is approved, we'll confirm the applicable pricing and provide instructions for completing your purchase at the correct rate.

Complete your purchase. Register all students and submit full payment. Teacher/director credits are calculated and issued after full payment and group verification are confirmed by Finance.
