The deadline for cancellation and refunds of any portion of your festival purchase is mayo 31, 2027. All refunds must be pre-approved.

Refund Process
Step 1 — Submit all cancellations in writing via email at festival@nifnm.org.
Step 2 — A Festival staff member will contact you to review and process your request. Refunds will be issued if cancellation notice is received by or before the stated deadlines.
Third-Party Vendor Purchases
Refunds are not available for single ticket purchases made through third-party vendors, including the UNM Box Office, the NHCC Box Office, or Tablao Flamenco Albuquerque. The National Institute of Flamenco will not grant refunds for purchases made through festival partner venues or third-party vendors.

Refunds from schedule changes will be issued if notice is received by or before mayo 31, 2027. If a change does not result in a refund and is requested after mayo 31, 2027, students will be transferred to an open workshop of equal or lesser value.
During the Festival, workshops may be added but not switched after Domingo, julio 11, 2027. Students may continue to add classes until the end of the Festival.
All-Access Workshop Package and VIP Experience Pass holders are exempt from this rule and may switch classes for the duration of the Festival.
When workshops reach capacity, wait lists are created and managed through Mindbody in the order requests are received. VIP Experience Pass holders may enter closed classes. Call 505-242-7600 for assistance.
Individuals must notify Festival staff in writing prior to mayo 31, 2027 to receive a refund. Notifications received after this date result in forfeiture of the total purchase amount.

Festival Flamenco Alburquerque 40 features artists, shows, and workshops announced prior to the festival opening. Specific artists, show titles, and workshop faculty are subject to change.
If a scheduled performance or workshop is cancelled by the Festival and not replaced with a comparable offering, eligible buyers may contact the Festival Office to discuss options.
Buyer-initiated schedule changes, non-attendance, or dissatisfaction with announced programming do not constitute grounds for a refund outside of the refund schedule in Section 1.
Ticket package holders: If you are unable to attend individual shows within your package, no partial refund or credit is available for missed performances.
Workshop package holders: If a workshop you pre-registered for is cancelled by the Festival, the Festival Office will work with you to place you in a comparable session where possible.
Schedules, artists, and pricing on all FFABQ 40 programming are subject to change.
All offers are subject to availability. Purchases do not guarantee specific artists, faculty, or programming.
Verified pricing and credits must be arranged before purchase and cannot be applied after a transaction is completed.
