Refunds for Cancellation
of Your Purchase

The deadline for cancellation and refunds of any portion of your festival purchase is June 15, 2026 5:00pm MDT. All refunds must be pre-approved.

a. Refund Percentages Based on Request Dates

Refunds requested from December 1, 2025 – April 30, 2026 are eligible for an 80% refund of the total purchase.
Refunds requested from May 1 – June 15, 2026 are eligible for a 60% refund of the total purchase.
Refunds requested after June 16, 2026 ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.

b. Refund Process

Step 1
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email at festival@nifnm.org
Step 2
A Festival Staff Member will contact you to review and process your refund 
request. Refunds will be issued if cancellation notice is received by or before the above stated deadlines.

c. Refund Purchases made from Festival Partner Venues/3rd Party Vendors

Refunds are not available for single ticket purchases made through 3rd party vendors, i.e., the University of New Mexico Box Office, the National Hispanic Cultural Center Box Office, or Tablao Flamenco Alburquerque. The National Institute of Flamenco will not grant refunds for purchases made through Festival Partner Venues or 3rd Party vendors.

Requests for
Schedule Changes

If you require a change to your festival schedule, please contact our Festival Staff by phone at 505-242-7600 or email festival@nifnm.org
If applicable, refunds from schedule changes will be issued if notice is received by or before the stated deadline of June 15, 2026. (Please see Refund Policy and dates listed above in 1i.
If a schedule change does not result in a refund and is requested after June 15, 2026 at 5:00PM MDT, students will be transferred to a different scheduled FFABQ 39 an open workshop of their choice of equal or lesser value.
During the Festival, workshops may be added but not switched after Sunday, June 21. Students may continue to add classes until the end of Festival Flamenco 2026.
Students who purchase the Festival Flamenco 2026 ALL ACCESS or VIP passes are exempt from this rule and may switch classes for the duration of the Festival.
When workshops have reached capacity, online registration will close automatically. At this point, Wait Lists will be created.
Wait Lists are managed online through MindBody and students are added in the order requests are received. For assistance adding your name to the online Wait List, please call 505-242-7600.

Policy for Non-Attendance
of Festival Flamenco 39

Individuals must notify the Festival Staff in writing prior to June 15, 2026 at 5:00 pm MDT to receive a refund in the amounts stated above in section 1a. Notifications received after this date and time will result in the forfeiture of the total amount of purchase.
We aim to be sensitive in understanding your particular issue, including personal
 emergencies and deaths in the family. Our Executive Director will review these cases 
individually.

PLEASE NOTE  Workshop Discount Codes apply only to full week-long Festival Workshop registration. Workshop Discount Codes may not be applied to any other Festival purchases. Workshop Discount Codes are posted prominently within each class description in MindBody, on ffabq.org, and in the 2026 Workshop and Performance Guide.

Available Discounts

New Mexico Student Discount
Valid January 1 – June 26, 2026

• High school, college, and university student Discount – 10% OFF
• Students who attend UNM, CNM, CFA, TANM, or APS and enroll in ONE (1) or more workshops.
• PLEASE NOTE New Mexico Student Discount applies only to full week-long Festival Workshop registration. Discount may not be applied to any other Festival purchases. This discount is posted prominently within each class description in MindBody, on

Flamenco Teacher Incentive Discount
Valid January 1 – June 26, 2026

• Teachers attending the Festival with a group of 4 or more of 4 or more (1 teacher and 3 or more students) are eligible for the Flamenco Teacher Incentive Credit.
• Local and National Teachers earn a $100 FFABQ 39 Credit* per registered student.
• International Teachers earn a $150 FFABQ 39 Credit* per registered student.
• 
*Teachers and students must be verified through our Festival Office prior to registration.
• Students attending with a teacher in a group of 4 or more (1 teacher and 3 or more students) receive an additional discount on their individual Festival Workshops, Workshop Passes, Ticket Packages, or Retail (does not include individual tickets through third-party partner box offices).
• Discounts for students traveling in groups are determined by group size:
  Groups of 3-10 students and 1 teacher: $50 per student discount
  Groups of 11 or more students and 1 teacher: $100 per student discount

Discount Redemption

Registrants must enter the appropriate discount code or call to redeem the appropriate credit at the time of purchase. If your Discount Code is not applying properly, please do not complete your transaction and contact the Festival Office at 505-242-7600 or festival@nifnm.org.

6. If your Discount Code is not applying properly, please do not complete your
transaction and contact the Festival Office at 505-242-7600.
7. Discount codes may not be applied to single tickets, ticket packages, Festival products or retail items, workshop passes, Late Night/
Special Series, or single-day workshop classes.
8. Flamenco Teacher Incentive discounts will expire on June 27, 2026 at 5:00 PM MDT.
9. Flamenco Teacher Incentive discounts are not transferable to other individuals, may not be exchanged, and may not be resold.
10. Teachers and their students attending must enroll and make purchases through the Festival Office via phone or email in order to receive their respective credits/discounts.

Ticket
Package Policies

PLEASE NOTE  Ticket packages will be sold exclusively through the Festival Flamenco office at 505-242-7600 or online at ffabq.org.

• Ticket Package quantities are limited and may sell out.
• Tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and will be assigned on a first purchased, first-reserved basis. Seating is assigned by Festival staff and may change for each performance.
• Individual seating requests cannot be accommodated.
• Accessible seating for individuals with disabilities is available. Please notify our staff at the time of purchase, so that we ensure appropriate accommodations.
• Ticket Packages and Passes do not include tickets to Tablao performances or special programming.
• Blind Sale discounts are not available after December 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM MDT.
